Timothy Clements serves as the Welding and Joining Technology instructor at East Central Tech.

Mr. Clements holds a Welding and Joining Diploma from East Central Tech. He also earned Technical Certificates in Wire Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, Flux Core Arc Welding, SMAW Pipe Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, and Tig. His certifications include NOCTI and AWS Certified Structural Steel.

Prior to coming to East Central, Mr. Clements worked as Journeyman with the Fitzgerald Water, Light & Bond Commission, and he served in the U.S. Army. He also previously taught in the Welding and Joining Technology program for ECTC as an adjunct instructor.
