Christy serves as Director of Economic Development at East Central Tech. She has also served as lead instructor for the Marketing Management program at ECTC's Coffee campus and for the online Banking and Finance program.

She graduated from Valdosta State University with a bachelor of business administration in Marketing. In addition, she holds an associate degree in business administration from South Georgia College.

Prior to employment with East Central Technical College, Christy had four years of banking experience, working primarily in public relations and customer service. She also worked as a national sales manager for an advertising agency.
