Sabrina serves as Dean of Distance Education. Her duties include developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards for quality assurance and continuous program improvement; supervising, training, and assisting distance education faculty and staff in analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of online, computer-based, and other distance education courses; serving as the single point of contact for ECTC online and distance education, including liaison between ECTC and GVTC; and scheduling course offerings and updating GVTC and ECTC website.

Ms. Cox has been employed with ECTC since November 1994 and served as lead Business Office Technology instructor before accepting the position of Dean of Distance Education. She has also served as Database Administrator, Financial Aid Specialist, Secretary to various departments including Instruction, Adult Literacy, and Business and Industry, Bookstore Clerk, and GSAM and GED proctors.

She earned a Master of Management in Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from Troy University, and she also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Valdosta State University, an Associate of Science in Business Administration from South Georgia College, and an Information and Office Technology diploma from East Central Technical College.
