Nelda serves as Registrar at East Central Tech. Prior to joining the staff at ECT, she worked as a computer coordinator and remedial tutor at East Middle School in Biscoe, North Carolina. She has also worked as an accountant and an office manager in the manufacturing and electrical construction industries.

As registrar, she is responsible for developing, implementing, and operating a computerized student records system. She compiles and manages student information such as quarterly grades, transcripts, and other vital information. She is also the contact person at ECTC for VA benefits.

Nelda earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University and an Associate Degree in Accounting from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
