Mary Ann Garner serves as Desktop Publishing Specialist at East Central Tech. She has also served as secretary to the economic development and instructional divisions at ECTC.

She has completed the PC Maintenance and Troubleshooting technical certificate program and the Multimedia Specialist technical certificate program at East Central Tech. She also has over 25 years' experience as a typesetter. In addition, she has secretarial experience with the Ben Hill County School System.
