Ms. Gail Giddens is the Economic Development Secretary for East Central Technical College.

Ms. Giddens holds an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Her experience includes previous employment as a legal secretary, and for ten years she worked as secretary for Behavioral Health Services of South Georgia where she managed day-to-day operations, meeting with clients and overseeing the use of an internal database. Ms. Giddens, a skilled typist and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office XP, is a graduate of Fitzgerald High School.
