Lamar serves on the Maintenance Staff of ECTC. Prior to joining the ECTC staff, Lamar worked as a truck driver and forklift operator for NAS Trucking and Gilman Paper Company.

Lamar's duties include the inside maintenance of the buildings and the outside maintenance of the grounds for the main campus. The maintenance crew members are devoted to keeping the facilities clear and functional. This includes setting up meeting rooms for staff functions and community meetings and events.
