Kenneth Glover serves as ECTC's Fatherhood Initiative Coordinator. As coordinator
of this program, Mr. Glover is responsible for administering the day-to-day
activities, coordinating implementation of services with Georgia Child
Support Enforcement, and ensuring the support and assistance of Georgia
Department of Technical and Adult Education through East Central Tech's
participation. Mr. Glover also manages the Fatherhood Initiative's faculty
and staff to ensure the delivery of high quality services, develop and
recommend a budget to adequately fund the activities of the Fatherhood
Program, facilitate life-skills training workshops for Fatherhood
participants, and seek positive employment for the Fatherhood participants
throughout East Central Tech's six county service area.
Mr. Glover graduated from Alabama A&M University with a bachelor's degree in
Sociology and a master's degree in Urban Studies. He also attended the
International Theological Seminary in Atlanta, where he majored in Religious
Studies. Mr. Glover has over 20 years of combined experience in the areas of
ministry, social work, and counseling.
