Donna Harper serves as Business Office Technology Instructor at East Central Tech. She has also served as Online Recruiter, Assistant Webmaster, Secretary to Instructional Technology, Secretary to Instructional Services, and Payroll Clerk. Prior to joining the East Central Tech staff in 1992, she spent time in the restaurant and garment industries, and as an inspector's aide in the agricultural industry.

Ms. Harper earned diplomas in both Accounting and Information and Office Technology from East Central Tech. She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Information and Office Technology in 1998, an Associate of Science in Business Administration in 1999 from Abraham Baldwin College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University in 2003.
