Recardo serves on the Maintenance Staff of the Ben Hill-Irwin campus. Prior to joining the ECTC staff, Recardo worked for Jessamine Place, providing a home for a person with disabilities. He also has worked in food services for the Irwin County School System.

Recardo's duties include inside maintenance of the buildings and outside maintenance of the grounds. The maintenance crew members are devoted to keeping the facilities clean and functional. This includes setting up meeting rooms for staff functions and community meetings and functions.
