Alice Hobson serves as Dean of Instruction at East Central Tech. Her duties include supervising professional staff and the hiring of adjunct faculty in the Academic Affairs Department; planning and preparing schedules for evening classes; assisting instructors with curriculum content, instructional materials, and documentation of student records; assisting students with curriculum and scheduling concerns; and coordinating and participating in recruitment activities within service area schools, businesses, and industries.

Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and is a retired educator.
