Perry serves as Director of Technology Services at East Central Tech. He has also served as an instructor for the Computer Information Systems (CIS) program on the Coffee County Campus. As Technology Director, Perry is responsible for the supervision of all Information Technology services at ECTC, including networking, technical support, multimedia and web development, and student information systems.

Perry graduated from Webster University with an MBA with the Computer Resource and Information Systems emphasis and Park University in Missouri with degrees in Management and Computer Information Systems. He also holds a certificate from Valdosta Technical College in Local Area Network (LAN) Administration.

Perry retired from the United States Air Force in July 2000, after 20 years of service. While in the Air Force, he functioned as a Computer Systems Analyst and Programmer and as a Network Administrator. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member for Valdosta Technical College.
