Lisa serves as the Special Populations Coordinator and advisor for SkillsUSA and Student Government Association at East Central Tech. Prior to joining the staff of East Central Tech in 1998, Lisa worked as a Child Protective Services Case Manager with the Turner County Department of Family and Children's Services. She has also worked as the assistant manager of Dix Food Center and as a teller and assistant bookkeeper at the Community Bank of Wilcox. Lisa was an instructor in the New Connections to Work program before being promoted to coordinator.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Valdosta State University. She is a member of Georgia Women Work!, a national network for women's employment. Lisa is also an active member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Owensboro, Georgia.
