Dr. Bonnie Kelly is the Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness at East Central Technical College.
Prior to assuming this position, she served as the Vice President of Instruction and Vice President of Economic Development, External Funding Specialist and Special Projects Manager, New Connections to Work Coordinator, Director of Admissions and as an Adult Literacy Instructor for Wilcox County. Prior to joining the staff of East Central Tech, she served as Administrator for Dorminy Medical Center.

Dr. Kelly earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from NOVA Southeastern University. She also holds a Master of Public Administration from Georgia College and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Valdosta State University. She is a past recipient of the Georgia Jaycee's Outstanding Young Georgian Award, and is listed among several Who's Who organizations throughout the country.
