Brandy Wilkes serves as the Vice President of Economic Development and Vice President of East Central Tech's Coffee Campus. She has also served as Director of Economic Development at the college and as an instructor in the Business and Office Technology program. Prior to joining the staff of East Central Tech in 1996, Brandy worked for five years as an accountant and staff analyst in an industrial setting. She also has two years of experience in public accounting.
Brandy works closely with businesses and industries to identify training needs and to develop classes and customized training programs to meet those needs. She represents Georgia QuickStart as a Certified Economic Developer Trainer. She is also a trained facilitator for Achieve Global in their Zenger Miller (Frontline Leadership) and Kaset International (Success Through Service) curriculums. Brandy also works with the college's Adult Literacy and Continuing Education divisions.

Brandy earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brewton-Parker College.
