Program Description
The Certified Customer Service Specialist
certificate program prepares students for careers in fields that
deal with customer relationships and service. The program
emphasizes customer contact skills, basic computer skills,
business skills, and personal effectiveness. Program graduates
will receive a Certified Customer Service Specialist certificate
and possess the qualifications of a Certified Customer Service
Specialist.

Length of Program
A minimum of 15 credit hours is required for completion. A
full-time student can expect to complete the program in one
quarter; a part-time night student, in two quarters.
Campus Location
The Certified Customer Service
Specialist program is offered on the quarterly on the Ben
Hill-Irwin and Coffee campuses.
Entrance Requirements
Required Age: 16 or older
Placement exam required.
