Length of Program
A total of 23 credit hours is required for completion. A
part-time student enrolled two nights a week could complete
this program in three quarters.
Campus Location
The Child Care Manager
certificate is offered on the Ben Hill-Irwin campus and online.

Employment Opportunities
Program completers may obtain
employment as child care managers in childcare centers or in
private settings.
Entrance Requirements*
Required Age: 16 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Placement exam required.
*A
satisfactory criminal background check must be completed
prior to entering practicum. Understand that a felony
conviction could prevent employment in the child care field.
