Length of Program
A minimum of 92 credit hours is required for graduation. A
full-time student could expect to complete the program in
five to six quarters.
Campus Location
The Convergent Technology diploma is
offered quarterly on the Ben Hill-Irwin campus.
Employment Opportunities
The need for well-trained and qualified
technicians will continue to increase as more broadband
services become available. Most providers are experiencing
growth as packaged services including video, voice and data
are being offered to consumers.
Salary Range
The average salary range for Convergent Telecommunications
graduates is $25,000-$42,000.

Required Age: 16 years of age or older
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Placement exam required.
