Length of Program
A minimum of 92 credit hours is required for graduation. A
full-time student could expect to complete the program in
five to six quarters.
Campus Location
The Convergent Technology diploma is
offered quarterly on the Ben Hill-Irwin campus.
Employment Opportunities
The need for well-trained and qualified
technicians will continue to increase in the field of
wireless communications as service providers continue to
experience growth thus increasing the need for more
installers and service technicians. In addition, many
service providers are redeploying and upgrading their
networks to deliver 3G technologies
Salary Range
The average salary range for Convergent Telecommunications
graduates is $25,000-$42,000.

Required Age: 16 years of age or older
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Placement exam required.
