Length of Program
A total of 20 credit hours is required
for completion. A part-time student can complete this
program in three quarters by attending classes two nights a
week.
Campus Location
The Customer Service - Help Desk Support Specialist Certificate is
offered on the
Ben
Hill-Irwin, Coffee, Wilcox, and Pearson campuses.

The customer service or help desk
specialist is now the first stop for customers seeking
resolution of computer problems. It is critical that these
individuals are trained not only in the necessary
interpersonal skills, but also in the software applications
and basic technical skills desired by industry.
