Program Description

The Medical Receptionist certificate provides students the knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, while also focusing on the business and medical administrative courses needed in a medical office setting.

Length of Program

A total of 30 credit hours is required for completion of this technical certificate. A night student could expect to complete the program in four quarters by taking classes two nights a week.

Campus Location

This technical certificate is offered on the Ben Hill-Irwin and Coffee campuses.

Entrance Requirements
Required Age: 16 years of age or older
Placement exam required.
