Return Policy For On-Line Book Orders
  • Any student who wishes to return their books purchased during Winter Quarter 2009 for credit must mail or return them to the On-Line bookstore no later than January 14, 2009.
  • All returns must be accompanied with the register receipt.

    Ordering/Shipping Information
  • The HOPE book allowance will be available .  If you would like your textbook shipped on or after , we will apply your HOPE book allowance, if eligible, to your grand total and you only pay the difference (if any) at the time of shipment.
  • Books for Winter Quarter 2009 must be ordered by January 02, 2009 if possible.  No due dates will be extended in your online course because a book has not yet been purchased.
  • When ordering your textbooks, please verify you have included your full name, shipping address, which textbooks you need, and your preferred method of shipment. You will be contacted by phone or email to confirm credit card payment.  Sorry, no CODs accepted.
