The QuickStart Program at East Central Technical College provides a
relevant, flexible training experience designed to help new or expanding
companies begin quality operations as quickly as possible. Through
instructor training, media development, training materials, and classroom
facilities QuickStart helps companies prepare employees for their new
work skills. All training is custom-designed to suit your organization's
specific requirements.
QuickStart representatives will:
- conduct a thorough training needs analysis
- provide instructors for the training process and train-the-trainer
programs
- provide pre-employment training for prospective employees
- train employees in the company and its history, core skills,
job-specific skills, productivity enhancement, employee involvement
and human resource development
- provide the professional expertise to carry out a comprehensive
training program for your company
Following start-up or expansion, on-going training can be prepared and
implemented by the QuickStart staff.
